2 Day Shipping

• Free 2 Day shipping is included after our build period, which can be 3-5 days or multiple weeks during the holidays

Warranty and Returns

• 1 Year Warranty
  
     Buyer pays shipping on the return, and we pay to send it back. Please note that returns are not subject to our two day shipping policy.
  

• 30 Day Returns
  
     The customer will have 30 days from time of purchase to return their order. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued 3-5 business days after the product has been received.
  

Quality Control

• How are the controllers tested?
  
     Guitars are cleaned, assembled, and tested for button feel and functionality. A variety of songs are played to make sure they are up to snuff. Controllers are then inspected and cleaned prior to packing.
  

Can I send in an old controller to you for Modding/Refurbishing?
